In case you wonder where we get the inspiration for some of the designs... they come from real life encounters in Mother Ocean. Our Manta Bay shirt was inspired by a magic moment. I was diving in Yap's Miil Channel and was alone at a beautiful sandy spot that holds some fan-covered coral heads that are cleaning stations. The sun was filtered by the sea and light was dancing on the sandy bottom. I was alone and hoping for a manta to swim by when an entire group appeared and paraded in front of me in the azure water column....

  The mindset behind our designs is to celebrate the sea and we also want to help those people who are trying to make the sea better. Two of our favorite ocean-related organizations are Stefanie Brendl's Shark Allies and Julie Hartup's Micronesian Conservation Coalition. They are dedicated and hard-working people who truly believe in their missions. A percentage of the profit from every Ocean Dreams product sold goes to one of these fine groups. For many years we've been wanting to celebrate the sea with some fun and special designs using images I've taken around Micronesia, the Indo-Pacific and worldwide. Our clothing line is for anyone who loves the ocean and designed with snorkelers, free divers and scuba divers in mind.
